Furniture Assembly Operative
A Furniture Assembly Operative will be responsible for the assembly of chair and sofa frames and the finishing of the full portfolio of client products against internal specifications and guidelines.

Core Competencies

Numerate, literate & computer literate
Dexterous with experience of using air powered frame guns, air, power and hand tools
Experience of working to targets
Able to diligently follow processes & procedures
Able to work under own direction & monitor own workload

Warehouse Operative - Temp to perm - Elland
The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for efficiently booking products in and out of the warehouse, ensuring the assembly and fabrication teams have the right products on time and to the correct number and reporting on stock issues.

Responsibilities/Key Deliverables
Maintain and identify stock and job specific product within the warehouse
Identify and locate product once booked in
Label & locate all warehouse product
Provide a Monthly stock take using NAV IT system
Loading & unloading items onto a 3rd party transportation vehicle, either manually or mechanically
Stacking of goods in correct storage bays
Stacking empty pallets
Box and palletise stock for safe delivery to the customer
Allocate finished products into the palletised completion area
Submit and record all completed tasks on the NAV system
Forklift Driving
Identify and process internal transfers
Complete Pick Instructions in accordance with standard procedures
Supervise non-conformance components within the Warehouse
Maintain clean working environment with Warehouse

Key Competencies
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a warehouse Goods In / Goods out or picking role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Focus on accuracy and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of components entering the factory and goods being shipped out
Numerate, literate & computer literate
Able to diligently follow processes & procedures
Able to work under own direction & monitor own workload

£8.21 per hour plus holiday pay

Warehouse Team Leader - Permanent - Elland
The Warehouse & Inventory Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring all stock is received, stored and delivered on time and deal with any issues efficiently and effectively. You will supervise day to day activities, motivating and developing a team to deliver an efficient and accurate service to colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities/Key Deliverables
Managing a team of Warehouse Operatives, Goods In & Goods Out and Conveyance Handler
Planning and organising the workload of the Warehouse team
Support the induction and training of new starters
First point of contact in the Warehouse
Receiving deliveries within agreed time frames
Monitoring, understanding and driving the delivery of agreed KPI targets of the Warehouse team
Leading H&S compliance in the Warehouse
Checking deliveries and preparing them for storage
Support picking, packing and despatching orders where required
Stock taking and other vital administrative duties
Dealing with return to work meetings, One 2 Ones and first line employee queries
Ensuring that aisles, goods in / good out areas and the warehouse is kept clean and tidy

Core Competencies
3+ years’ experience of managing a Warehouse team
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent customer / client service skills
Experience in a production warehouse
A pro-active supervisor who can motivate and lead a team
A strong attention to detail and the ability to complete duties with a high degree of accuracy
Be PC proficient in MS Office. Experience in Microsoft Navision would be ideal but previous experience of an SAP system would be advantageous
Strong organisational skills to effectively manage warehouse processes and inventory controls with excellent problem solving and sound decision-making

Salary is circa £23,000 per annum
